Outdoorsy

Even though I am not very outdoorsy myself, I seem to be raising outdoorsy kids.  Claire and Peter love to be outside and playing in the dirt.  I'm sure they mostly get it from their dad but I get a little credit for sending them outside all the time when they start getting on each other's (and my) nerves. :)

Gardening with Dad

Bryce has been very into gardening this year.  He is excited to see how all his crops turn out.  The kids have been great helpers and Bryce has had a lot of fun teaching them about planting and caring for a garden.

Easter 2019

We started Easter weekend off at a local Easter egg hunt in Ogden with our kids.  Claire wanted to see the easter bunny and get a picture with him.  She knows he's not actually real, we've never done the Easter bunny tradition with our kids and have always told them he's not real.  Our kids still get an Easter basket it's just from Mom and Dad, not the Easter bunny.  Anyway, Claire still wanted to get a picture by the pretend Easter bunny, Peter was a little unsure of the whole thing.

We went to my parents next and had lunch and another Easter egg hunt for the kids. They had so much fun hunting for eggs with their cousins.

Our kids got new Sunday outfits, swimsuits, and a few small surprises and treats in their Easter baskets.  Happy Easter!
