A few pictures from Claire's ballet recital. She did such a great job and remembered all of her steps. She had mixed feelings about taking ballet all year. She was very excited about it at first, then the excitement wore off a bit and she wanted to stop taking. I'm proud of her for finishing and bravely performing on the stage in front of lots of people. As of right now she doesn't want to take ballet again next year and instead wants to try piano...so we will see if she changes her mind come fall! :)
We celebrated Peter's 2nd birthday with a Lightning McQueen party. We had cake donuts made to look like tires and decorated with all things Cars & Lightning McQueen. He was so happy and excited all day. For gifts we gave him a wooden tool bench, a new outfit, a Lightning McQueen stuffy, and a Disney Cars Encyclopedia book. Happy birthday to the cutest 2 year old!
