A few pictures from a picnic at pineview reservoir.  Another day filled with our kids favorite things, sand, swimming, and sunshine!

Lemonade Stand

All of Claire's dreams came true yesterday.  She got to sell lemonade and cookies at a real lemonade stand.  She has been begging to do a lemonade stand since Spring.  I found this one at Target and thought it would be a great addition to our playroom and to use for frequent Lemonade Stand.  It was definitely money well spend.  Claire and Peter love it so much!  I think they made around $10 their first day, not too bad for a 5 and 3 year old.

Claire's Piano Recital

Claire had her Spring piano recital. She did such a great job. I am so proud of her for working so hard and practicing so much. She is a great little piano player. I love watching how much she learns each week. She is pretty amazing!

Zoo Trip

We went to the zoo yesterday on Peter's birthday. We had his party with family the day before, so we planned for a day at the zoo on his actual birthday with just us and our kids.  We both had the day off of work and it was so nice to spend it all together.  I forgot my camera so all I got were phone pictures, but oh well!  It was a very fun day.  Our kids loved seeing the animals especially the elephants and giraffes!

Peter's 3rd Birthday

Peter turned 3 years old!  We threw him a paw patrol party and he was so excited!  He looooves paw patrol.  It is his favorite show and his paw patrol figurines and vehicles are his favorite toys.  They are pretty much the only toys he plays with.
I made him a paw patrol cake, paw print cupcakes,  and then I had muddy buddies and scooby snack (bone shaped graham crackers) in dog food bowls :).

We had grandparents and family over for his party.  For gifts we gave him a maxi-micro scooter (like Claire's, highly recommend these!) a paw patrol coloring book, a paw patrol t shirt, and the book Can I be Your Dog?.  So much paw patrol, but I don't think I've ever seen him as excited haha.  Happy 3rd birthday Peter!
